Billing Policies
Direct Billing Hours
We currently offer direct billing from 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday only. For appointments outside of these times, we will provide a receipt that patients can submit to their insurance for reimbursement.
Multiple Coverages
If patients have multiple insurance coverages, they will need to choose their main policy for direct-billing. If there is a secondary policy, a receipt will be provided for submission to the secondary insurance provider.
Payment Responsibility
We are happy to offer direct billing, but we do always ask that patients come prepared to pay at the time of the appointment, in case of unexpected occurrences like insurer outages, policy eligibility issues, etc.
Cancellation Fees
Insurance companies only allow us to bill for attended appointments. Patients are responsible for cancellation fees. Make sure to give us 24+ hours notice for cancellations so we don't have to charge you.

When direct billing is unavailable, patients can submit their receipt to their insurance for reimbursement. It is the patient's responsibility to know their plan and what it covers. Take time to review your coverage prior to booking.
